Computational efficiency of interpolated band stop filters for odd spectral bands

Interpolated band stop FIR filters are excluded. A block diagram of an interpolated filter for odd spectral regions is proposed. The use the proposed maximum allowable value coefficient in comparison with reference calculated by classical method, namely quantitative limitation to computing resource. For structure, relations obtained determine computational efficiency and increase number registers. In work, following values were determined: optimal interpolation coefficient, registers at coefficient. synthesis band-stop filter, central frequency rejection used. We also compared zones, synthesized according method. As a result study, it was found that nature used under specific conditions. structure from point view, however, not universal. main application resulting discreteness switching between zones need fine tuning center frequency.
